Andre R. Sobolevsky was born in Moscow, Russia in 1958. After graduating from highschool, he emigrated in the United States in 1976 and became an American Citizen in 1981. He graduated from Syracuse University, College of Arts & Sciences in 1980 and continued his education in Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated in 1983 with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1983.
 
Andre R. Sobolevsky, Esq. had over forty jury trials the State Courts in New York State and in Federal District Courts. He has filed and perfected many successful criminal and civil appeals in the Fourth Department of the Appellate Division. For many years, he was a member of American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers, New York State Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association as well as American Immigration Lawyer Association.
 
Andre R. Sobolevsky, Esq. is a member of the Bar in the State of New York, and is duly licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of New York as well as in the Federal District Court in Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and second Circuit Court of Appeals. Alla Krupnik, Esq.
 

 
Alla Krupnik was born in Moscow, Russia in 1954. After graduating from Moscow State University in 1978 she worked as a Clinical Psychologist at the Moscow Narcological Hospital #17 (Alcohol & Drug Addiction Rehab and Treatment Center). She immigrated to the United States in 1989. In New York she graduated from Yeshiva University School of Social Work and became Certified Master of Social Work in 1992. She has been working as a psychotherapist at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services for 15 years.
 
Alla Krupnik continued her education in Brooklyn Law School where she graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in 2000. She has extensive experience in the area of Family Law. She represented her clients in many successful custody proceedings and contested divorce proceedings in New York State Courts.
 
Alla Krupnik, Esq. is a member of the Bar in the State of New York, and is duly licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of New York.
