Immigrating to the United States is a complicated procedure
that can cause tremendous stress for the individual and
families wishing to immigrate and when they make a claim
for Political Asylum (I-589) or attend a Green Card interview
(I-485), or file a Fiance visa (K1, K3). Sobolevsky &
Associates, LLP. is this area's premier immigration law
firm, and we work hard to smooth the process and minimize
anxiety for our clients.
Even within specialized areas such as family-based immigration
or employment-based immigration (H1B1 and Labor Certification),
no two cases are ever exactly alike. But our extensive
experience allows us to address every issue creatively
and solve your problems effectively. We have been focused
on immigration law for decades, ensuring you the most
qualified and dedicated immigration lawyers in the area.
Our immigration lawyers have personally visited many countries
from which our immigration clients came from. We not only
speak their language, but understand their culture as
well. The staff is multilingual, we can assist you in
English, Russian, German, Chinese, Italian languages.
One of our partners, Andre R. Sobolevsky, Esq., was born
and raised in Moscow, Russia and brings a unique ability
to cross cultural barriers with respect to making political
asylum claims for citizens from countries of the former
